Dymax produce the range of Bomar® specialty oligomers for a range of UV applications. These are specialty products designed for improved performance in mechanical properties, optical properties, or adhesion. We have a fillers for UV curing applications optimised for UV opacity and ease of dispersion. Some products include Poraver light weight expanded glass which will lower the density of your product, barytes for increasing the density, and blanc fixe for providing greater structure.
Pigments for UV curing applications can often be problematic. Pigments will reflect light to give a colour, and often reflect UV light as well. We offer a range of white pigments with varying UV reflectivity and dispersibility, including RDIS for ink applications, Sachtolith HDS for LED cure, and RDE2 for high opacity matte coatings.
