Positive Associate Ltd merge with Rakem Ltd

As of January 1st 2008 Positive Associates Ltd (PAL) will merge their Calcium Carbonate distribution operation with the Bury based chemical distributor, Rakem Ltd.
Lindsay Watson the founder and Managing Director of PAL will work with Rakem Ltd and continue to promote Cales de Llierca's range of PCC and Reverte S.A's range of white marble products into the UK and Ireland.

Kieran Rafferty, Director of Rakem Ltd says, "The combination of first class carbonate products and Lindsay's expertise will enhance our proposition to the UK market."
Rakem Ltd represents a number of white pigment and filler manufacturers for the paint, plastic and paper markets. They distribute dry and slurry product from their warehouses in Bury and Bolton.
